Terms of Service

A clear basis for discussing and ordering your server.

Last updated September 25, 2026

Scope and agreement

These terms describe the basis on which PinnaLink LLC provides website information and offers VPS and dedicated-server services. Browsing or sending an enquiry does not create a paid service contract. Service obligations begin through the agreed order-acceptance process. You must have legal capacity to enter that agreement and authority to act for any organization you represent.

An accepted written order identifies the service and any additional terms. Where an expressly agreed service-specific provision conflicts with these general terms, that provision governs that service, subject to mandatory law. Our Privacy Policy explains website information handling; our Service Level Agreement explains how agreed availability commitments apply.

Quotes, pricing and delivery

Website configurations and USD prices are indicative and subject to confirmation. Before payment, the written order must identify the configuration, region, availability, recurring charges, setup fees, applicable taxes, billing period and delivery estimate. An enquiry or displayed price is not confirmation of inventory or an accepted order.

Specific facilities, carriers, IP characteristics and delivery times must be confirmed if material to your purchase. A region listing does not guarantee a particular datacenter or connectivity to every external network. Any material substitution or change to the agreed configuration must be addressed with you before implementation.

Billing, renewal and refunds

The accepted order sets payment methods, due dates, renewal arrangements and any cancellation notice period. Displayed monthly pricing does not authorize automatic payment or establish an automatic renewal. A renewal price change must be communicated before it takes effect under the agreed terms.

Send billing questions or a cancellation request to contact@pinnalink.net, identifying the relevant service and requested end date. Refund eligibility, amounts and timing depend on the accepted order and applicable law; this website establishes no standard money-back period or blanket no-refund rule. Request confirmation of the cancellation and any remaining charges, and arrange a copy of your data before service ends.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for lawful use of the service by you and anyone you authorize. Prohibited uses include unauthorized access or attacks, malware or phishing, unsolicited bulk messaging, fraud, unlawful content and infringement of third-party rights. Do not use the service to interfere with other customers or evade agreed resource restrictions.

Use must remain within the CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth and network conditions stated in the order. A port speed is not a promise of constant application throughput. Shared or dedicated resource allocations and any overage charges must be specified in the order; this page does not add undisclosed usage fees.

Administration, software and backups

Unless management is expressly included, you administer the operating system, applications, patches, firewall and access credentials. You must hold the licenses and permissions needed for your software and content. Infrastructure support does not automatically include application troubleshooting or third-party software support.

Maintain independent backups and check that they can be restored. Backups, data recovery and migration assistance are included only when expressly agreed. A server replacement, storage redundancy or an availability commitment does not itself provide a backup. You retain rights to your content and are responsible for permissions and data-protection requirements relating to information you host.

Support and service changes

Report technical issues to support@pinnalink.net, including your service identifier and diagnostic details with secrets removed. Sales and contract enquiries go to contact@pinnalink.net. Support coverage, response targets and hardware replacement commitments are those stated in the accepted order.

Maintenance, migrations and changes affecting an active service are handled under its agreed terms. Where practical, planned disruptive work will be communicated beforehand. Urgent security or stability work may require shorter notice. Whether an interruption qualifies for an SLA remedy is determined separately under the applicable agreement.

Abuse reports and suspension

Report suspected misuse to support@pinnalink.net with the affected IP address or service, timestamps, a description and relevant evidence. An allegation alone does not establish a violation; additional information may be needed to assess it.

We may restrict an affected service where reasonably necessary to contain an active security threat, prevent unlawful activity or comply with a legal requirement. When lawful and practical, we will explain the reason and what is needed to resolve it. Payment-default and other termination procedures follow the accepted order and applicable law. Contact us to dispute a restriction or discuss restoration. Data-retrieval options depend on the reason for restriction and the service terms; keep independent backups rather than relying on access after termination.

Responsibilities and disputes

No website statement guarantees uninterrupted operation or suitability for every workload. Any contractual warranty, liability allocation or remedy must be read with the accepted agreement and applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Raise a dispute with contact@pinnalink.net, including the service, relevant correspondence and requested resolution. Any agreed dispute procedure or governing-law clause must be identified in the accepted contract. The displayed server location alone does not select a court or governing law.

Changes and company contact

Revisions are identified by the date above. Posting a revision does not by itself change an existing order’s agreed price, service period or remedies; changes to an existing agreement follow its change provisions and applicable law. Keep a copy of the terms and order you accept.
