Where can I host my server?
Our locations are the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and the United Kingdom. Exact facilities, configurations and stock vary by location. Select a location above and contact us to confirm the available options.
Are the listed prices final?
The prices shown are indicative monthly rates in USD for the listed configurations. Your final quote confirms hardware, transfer allowances, available stock, any setup fees and applicable taxes. Dedicated servers outside the United States are quoted individually.
How do I order a server?
Choose a configuration and select Enquire. This opens your email app with the configuration and location filled in. Send your request to contact@pinnalink.net and we'll confirm the quote and ordering details. This website does not collect payments.
Can I request a custom configuration?
Yes. Email your preferred CPU, RAM, storage, location and network requirements. Let us know about your application and expected traffic so we can discuss a suitable configuration.
What about operating systems, backups and support?
Please include your preferred operating system and any management, backup or migration requirements in your enquiry. Software licensing, support scope, delivery time and service terms will be confirmed with your quote.
